About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Benefits Administrator to join our team working from one of our BC locations. In this role, you will be an integral part of a dynamic benefits team, providing support for over 700 employees.

Do you see yourself excited to contribute to:

• Overseeing the daily operations of various group benefits programs, including group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending plans, and retirement plans.
• Responding to employee inquiries about benefits, claims, and coverage.
• Communicating with insurance carriers and third-party administrators.
• Conducting benefits orientations and providing ongoing support for employee benefits education.
• Monitoring and tracking employee leaves and coordinating benefit changes accordingly.
• Processing payroll for employees on leave to ensure accurate payments.

About You

Our preferred candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in a professional office environment in a similar benefits capacity. Relevant post-secondary education in payroll, benefits, or accounting is beneficial but not required.

About the Opportunity

Working alongside seasoned engineers and recent graduates alike, you will be primarily engaged in projects related to transportation planning and engineering. About You

We are looking for students currently enrolled in a civil engineering (with an emphasis in transportation engineering) program, in either their 3^rd or 4^th year of study, or a recent graduate with less than 1 year of experience. Related experience is beneficial but is not required.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be a graduate of a bachelor's degree in geography, geospatial science, environmental science, urban planning, or a related field, and/or a GIS diploma or advanced GIS certificate, with 2-7 years of experience working with GIS in a professional setting.
